About the Role

As a key member of the Agro Insurance team, you will be responsible for expanding the Agro Insurance Business, seeking new solutions and developing Distribution Channels. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Define and drive the business expansion strategy for Livestock/Bloodstock and Property Rural Lines while balancing the Crop portfolio.
• Develop and align the commercial strategy with underwriting leaders.
• Define, prospect and monitor strategic distribution channels.
• Support the commercial structure of Agro Products.
