About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation for a major banking client. The successful candidate will act as a servant leader, strategic mentor, and Agile evangelist , tasked with increasing Agile maturity across tribes, squads, and business functions.

This role is pivotal in embedding Agile best practices, optimizing team performance, and shaping a delivery-focused culture aligned with business outcomes. You will work closely with senior leadership, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional delivery teams to scale Agile practices across the organization.
