Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Product Owner to either be hybrid in Hartford, CT or Charolette, NC, with exceptions for the right candidate to be remote. The Product Owner will serve as the key link between business strategy and technical execution, driving delivery for multiple agile teams by translating product vision and roadmap priorities into clear, actionable user stories and sprint goals. This person will own and prioritize the team backlog, define acceptance criteria, validate completed work, and ensure each release delivers meaningful business value. The Product Owner will act as the voice of the customer within the agile team, partnering closely with product managers, business leaders, Scrum Masters, architects, tech leads, and stakeholders to refine requirements, align priorities, and support business readiness for product releases.
