Must Haves

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management with recent experience as a Delivery Lead/Manager
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, release management, and enterprise SDLC processes.
• Experience working within financial technology environments.
• Strong exposure to Agile environments
• Exposure to digital platforms, customer-facing applications, and personal and business banking systems.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in large banking environments.
• Direct experience supporting personal and business banking initiatives.
• Experience working on AI initiatives or programs
