Insight Global is currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join their remote team. This person must be able to work EST. You’ll support two agile squads and collaborate with over 25 teams across the organization. This individual is expected to managing teams across multiple time zones (onshore and offshore).

Your focus will be on identifying and elevating cross-team risks, managing dependencies, and guiding teams through Quarterly/PI Planning. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, promote scalable practices, and serve as a connector between teams—surfacing insights, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability. This role supports a project aimed at resolving access issues across multiple products.
