Role Overview

Agile Delivery Lead - SkyCargo will lead large‑scale, AI‑driven in‑house development initiatives, manage RFT processes, vendor selection and end‑to‑end implementation of technology solutions. This role requires proven expertise in managing multi‑vendor environments and driving delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment and innovation.

In This Role You Will

• Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the sprint plan, facilitate agile ceremonies such as product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, removing impediments to ensure optimal flow of value.
