Position Overview

Agility Coaches at Autodesk partner with leaders and teams across engineering, product, design, data, and program functions to strengthen how work is planned, delivered, and continuously improved. Working with Director of Agile Engineering Transformation, you will act as a trusted advisor to directors, managers, and team leaders. You will help teams apply agile principles in practical, context‑aware ways, focusing on outcomes and sustainable improvement rather than rigid adherence to frameworks. This role works across multiple scrum teams and cross‑functional groups to improve delivery effectiveness, strengthen operating models, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
