As an Agile coach, you will guide the Scaled teams or individual teams by taking an active role in planning, facilitation and measurement to help the team achieve its committed outcomes. You will collaborate intensively with team members, Product Owners and with leaders to mentor, consult, and make decisions towards digital transformation. You will lead an enablement Scaled team that may help multiple Scaled teams or individual team collaborate and partner on an agile product to drive value at the right time and in the right way in a Scrum @ Scale environment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Coach senior leaders in Agile & Lean practices to enable them to be effective Agile Champions.
+ Coach Agile teams and requisite business IT and Business partners (Product Executives/Owners, Value Stream Owners) on transparency, empowerment, ethics, self-organization and responsive action.
