**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Participate in a defined program where you can apply your knowledge, experience, and education.
+ Assist in managing daily operations of aggregate production.
+ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
+ Engage in special projects that vary in scope and size, working alongside some of the industry’s best and brightest managers.
+ Learn all aspects of managing a quarry or sand & gravel operation, including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, Maintenance, Operating Heavy Equipment, Safety, and more.
