Job Description
To provide exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers and to achieve department’s objectives for timely freight processing, and associated admin tasks within the set KPI.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with our customers in processing their international shipments by following Procedure set by the company in OPS, and meeting customer’s expectations. Understand department process flow and ensure correct entry timely.Preparation & Updating of DLSOP to ensure all customers standard operating procedures are in place.Screening of customer’s creditability before shipment.Screening of MK denial parties before shipment.Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing, within Expeditors and customer standards.Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers (Shipping lines, trucking companies and CFS Provider and others involv...
