About the Role
We are looking for an Agent Deployment Manager someone who sits at the intersection of prompt engineering, workflow design, client interaction, and AI-driven problem solving. This is not a traditional role where you must already be an AI expert. Instead, it's a role for someone who is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about shaping how organizations in India use LLM agents to achieve real business impact.
You will work closely with the Product, Operations, and Client teams to:
• Understand business problems deeply
• Translate them into structured, effective agent workflows
• Build, test, deploy, and optimize LLM agents
• Continuously monitor their performance and improve outcomes.
