Provide customer service in monitoring freight to ensure timely arrival and accurate, timely customs declarations for final delivery to consignee within specified timeframe.
Follow up on inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery to consignee.
Monitor flight/vessel arrivals and provide timely feedback on arrival information to customer.
Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirements as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives.
Report any shipment discrepancies to customers and origin offices promptly.
Complete customs competency tests and file customs entries when necessary.
Ensure all paperwork is in proper order, meets customer profiles, and complies with local rules and regulations.
Meet Key Performance Indicators on customs entries within customers' requirements; comply with Singapore Customs and other competent authorities.
