About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible and to support the performance and agent recruitment activities, develop & groom future leaders amongst the agency force. Maintain good rapport with all the Agency Leaders & Life Planners, helping them to expand/ boost their business via quality recruitment.Encourage and assist leaders and introducers to recruit & retain quality agent recruits.
Conduct coaching and review session with the new agents on regular basis.
Conduct and observe the SBSG & morning meeting sessions for new agents on weekly basis.
Join the agency meeting to brief the leaders and agent recruiters about the changes and recap on the current recruitment process and regulations.
