Agency Development Manager, Southern Region
Job Summary
This role drives agency growth and performance by executing strategic plans, strengthening recruitment and productivity, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets and key peformance indicators (βKPIsβ) in the Southern Region.
Key Responsibilities
- To plan, manage, and monitor agenciesβ performance and to drive agencies to achieve Regional target.
- Manage and grow agency force in territory assigned.
- Management strategy and execution to support growth of agency via recruiting, training and coaching.
- To provide timely support to agency force to achieve the overall KPIs set.
- To plan, strategize, and organize activities that drive productivity and recruitment.
