You will manage payroll, accounts receivables, and residents' business files while addressing their needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage residents’ Trust Account and related transactions
• Tackle resident and family concerns effectively
• Serve as an ambassador for our Long-Term Care community
• Oversee admissions and maintain accurate business files
• Inspire strong teamwork and exhibit leadership
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in office management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of long-term care environment is preferable
