Conduct Tier 2 post-audits and quality assessments for Service Shops/Distributors to ensure full compliance with company procedures, regulations, and service standards.
Analyze audit and assessment results to identify operational gaps, quality issues, and non-compliance areas.
Develop corrective action plans, improvement initiatives, and remediation measures for identified weaknesses.
Monitor implementation progress and support Service Shops/Distributors in achieving quality improvement targets.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance aftersales service quality and customer satisfaction.
Prepare assessment reports and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Automotive, Business Administration, or related fields.
