Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate aftersales support for customers ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Manage customer inquiries related to warranties, repairs and maintenance services.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and aftersales services using our internal software.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
