Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting and data analysis, identifying profitability trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Prepare monthly performance reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with clear analysis and assumptions.
Monitor and track Aftersales KPIs, including revenue, forecasting accuracy, upselling performance, retention, throughput, parts sales, and labour performance.
Provide operational support to service centres, including system‑related issues, package clarification and setup, initiative provisioning, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with operations teams to support debtor ageing and collections, working closely with Finance to resolve outstanding issues.
Represent Aftersales and participate in tender and procurement exercises, ensuring compliance with company regulations, governance standards, and cost‑efficiency objectives.
