Arden White issupporting a high end dealership inrecruit an Aftersales Advisor in Cheltenham.
This role would suit someone with experience in the motor trade as a Service advisor or Parts Advisorwho enjoys a mix of workshop support and customer-facing work.
This is a smaller dealership which means the role is very varied, from supporting customers with booking in their vehicles to helping oversee the stock of parts.
The Role:

• Support the workshop with parts ordering and pre-picking
• Assist customers with parts, accessories and merchandise
• Manage stock levels and ensure parts availability
• Deliver a high standard of service across all aftersales activities
• Helping coordinate repair bookings into and out of the workshop.
