Key responsibilities

Service Advisor

• Greet customers and manage vehicle service bookings from drop‑off through to completion
• Prepare accurate service estimates and explain repairs, maintenance, and warranty work
• Liaise with technicians to interpret repair requirements and communicate progress to customers
• Obtain customer approvals for additional work and manage expectations around timeframes and costs
