You will be the first point of contact for customers coming into this prestigious car dealership based in Manchester. Being that first point of contact, you are responsible to present customers with a warm welcome, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that all customers are smoothly directed to the appropriate person whether by phone or walk-in.
