Job Description
Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, your key responsibility is the growth of Aftermarket Sales business within a specific region.Β
The regions already host an existing client portfolio but ultimately the success of the role hinges on 80% New Business Development and 20% Account Management of our existing customer base maximising the footprint of Crown aftersales and market share.
Areas for which the ASR will be responsible for increasing revenue include:
-Sales of
oPTH
oreplacement batteries
oAncillaries (including Crown Work Assist accessories)
-Signing up Service Agreements:
oFull maintenance contracts
oPreventative maintenance agreements
oThorough examination agreements
oBattery care agreements
-Short Term Rental
-Operator Training
-Follow up of overdue chargeable service quotes
