Review and correct schedulesProcess cancellationsPost ACH payments receivedVerify cancellation forms are accurate and completely filled out to include customer/dealer signature and refund to section.Distribute refunds accordingly (ex. cut checks, down payment JE).Send cancellation request for processing.Verify monthly cancellation payments receivedPost monthly cancellation payments, upon receipt from accounting manager via bank reconciliation.Manage/clear cancellation schedules for each store.Provide not...
