Job Title: Aftermarket Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end aftermarket operations including service, spares, AMC/CMC contracts, retrofits, and upgrades.Ensure timely installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support of industrial machinery at customer sites.Develop and grow aftermarket revenue through spares sales, service contracts, consumables, and modernization solutions.Coordinate with service engineers, application teams, and logistics for effective field support.Build strong customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Plan and track preventive maintenance schedules and service KPIs (MTTR, uptime, response time).Work closely with sales teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in the installed base.Maintain accur...
