Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an After Sales Service Specialist based in Johore, Malaysia. The role involves managing after‑sales service processes, including providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues related to X‑ray inspection equipment. The role also requires building strong relationships with clients, conducting equipment maintenance, and ensuring proper training and support for customers. Additionally, the candidate will need to effectively communicate feedback from clients to the technical and development teams to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of advanced equipment, particularly X‑ray inspection systems
• Customer service skills, including relationship management and clear communication
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills to address and resolve issues in a timely manner
