Purpose of Role Assisting the After Sales team with enquiries for provisional spare parts, technical support and advice for Oyster yachts owners. Key Job Responsibilities 1. To report to the After Sales manager 2.
To maintain good relationships with owners and suppliers 3. To be able to multi-task and prioritise 4. To assist the After Sales Co-ordinators with enquiries, packing and shipping of parts 5.
To assist in replying to all enquiries swiftly and eloquently 6. Assisting the After Sales Co-ordinators in order processing 7. To be able to use initiative in sourcing information 8.
To assist in creating customer satisfaction levels and develop methods of increasing them 9. To help the After Sales team with looking after Oyster yachts owners, skippers and their requirements 10.
