Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the dealer/service partner network in Switzerland in your area of responsibility on all aftersales matters.
- Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company aftersales standards, processes, and KPIs.
- Analyze market and dealer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Support dealers in workshop capacity management, parts supply, warranty handling, and technical problem-solving.
- Lead training initiatives and share best practices with service partners to enhance technical and customer care competence.
