Role Overview The Advertising Operations Associate is responsible for tracking reporting and generating insights for all advertising campaigns on . This role ensures campaigns are documented measured and reported in a way that supports the sales process and provides vendors with structured post-campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Data & Tracking - Document campaign deliverables timelines and formats in tracking systems.
- Maintain and monitor the ad inventory calendar (booked vs. executed).
- Collect campaign execution evidence (screenshots placements links).
Performance Reporting - Track performance metrics including impressions clicks engagement and sales uplift (where applicable).
- Prepare structured end-of-campaign reports for vendors with KPIs visuals and delivery summaries.
