Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly

LOCATION: Remote position, but will have to occasionally come into the office if needed, for trainings, etc.

Must live near or in Erie county

SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTION:

Ensure that all clients from Spectrum and other Agencies who contract with Spectrum Health & Human Services (SHHS) receive the support and/or services needed when accessing the SHHS after-hours crisis line.
