Generation is seeking an Africa Employer Partnerships Manager to lead employer engagement across its Africa portfolio. This role focuses on securing anchor partnerships with multinational employers, particularly in the BPO/ITO and digital sectors. The successful candidate will also drive employer demand and placement opportunities in new markets such as Nigeria and South Africa.
