## Job Description
As the Production Operations Affordability Program Team Member, you will be responsible for leading and identifying impactful ways to move the needle of our products in the most cost‑effective way. You will play a key role in driving the execution of affordability initiatives across multiple make sites and collaborating with other functions within the Air Dominance Line of Business.
## What You Will Be Doing
As a Program Affordability Lead, you will be responsible for:
+ Lead affordability business rhythms with all major make sites and collaborate with production teams to solution assembly/manufacturing/test process cost drivers or schedule bottlenecks.
+ Collaborate with cross‑functional Affordability team (Program Management, Engineering and Technology, Finance, Global Supply Chain, Production Operations, and Quality) to ensure successful completion of major program affordability milestones.
