We are seeking an experienced Affiliates Lead to scale our affiliate program within the sweepstakes casino sector. This is a senior commercial role focused on affiliate growth, strategic partnerships, acquisition performance, and revenue optimisation across multiple traffic channels and geographies. You will lead the affiliate strategy end-to-end, managing high-value partnerships while building scalable acquisition frameworks that drive sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate has strong experience within iGaming, sweepstakes, social casino, or performance marketing environments and understands CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, player value optimisation, and affiliate compliance.
