Job Purpose

We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Specialist to build and scale Sourcefin's affiliate and referral programme. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end affiliate channel, from recruitment and onboarding through to activation, enablement, reporting, and optimization, driving qualified applications for our working capital, purchase order, contract, and trade finance products.

This role requires commercial acumen, hands-on experience with affiliate tracking and CRM tooling, and a sound understanding of South African financial services regulation as it applies to affiliate marketing. The Affiliate Manager will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Credit, Product, and Finance to deliver cost-efficient customer acquisition and measurable funded‑deal growth.
