Responsibilities - Own and scale our affiliate strategy to drive traffic, leads, FTDs, and revenue.
- Set up and run affiliate programs (tracking, links, commissions, and promos).
- Find, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates across SEO, PPC, content, and influencers.
- Build strong partnerships and be the go‑to person for all affiliate needs.
- Launch and optimize campaigns, offers, and promotions by market.
- Track performance and continuously improve results (clicks, leads, FTDs, ROI, LTV).
- Create simple dashboards and share clear insights with the team.
