Role Purpose 
Lotte Duty Free is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Counter Manager to work Full Time at ourMelbourne Airport in a prime location within the international terminal. The successful applicant will have flexible availability and may be required to work weekends.

This role will be directly employed by Lotte Duty Free. Lotte was established in 1980 and is the world’s third-largest duty free retailer, operating 17 duty free stores across 11 international airports. 

With over 40 years of experience, Lotte is passionate about offering exceptional customer service to travellers from around the world.

As theAesop Melbourne Airport Counter is located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate on a rotating roster with potential late-night finishes and early starts.
