Position Overview
A) Engine Technicians - Perform disassembling and assembling of engine while adhering to technical and quality specifications.
- Perform overhauling on the engine
- Perform repairing type of aircraft engine parts such as parts in the intake,compressor, combustion and exhaust sections
- Perform repair on aircraft engine high pressure compressor blades (HPC Blade) and Land Marine blades
- Perform welding and aircraft engine compressor blades and land marine blades
- Perform profiling of cold section compressor air-foils
- Perform removal and replacement of air filter
- Perform removal and replacement of engine pipelines
- Perform non-destructive testing on engine parts
- Perform engine propeller change and engine run up as per maintenance manual
B) A&C Line/ Base - Conducts daily routine pre-flight inspection including servicing prior to aircraft departure.
