**Description:** You will be the Deputy to the Director of Air Vehicle Engineering for a classified portfolio of programs.
Our team is responsible for delivering technically sound engineering on time and on schedule across a portfolio of programs. You will help ensure lean, schedule‑driven execution, maintain technical integrity, and coordinate with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders.
**What You Will Be Doing:**
As the Deputy Air Vehicle Lead you will assist with the guidance and management of a large, full scope engineering team that provides engineering products to multiple programs. You will take responsibility for planning and oversight of major segments of work, and stand in for the Director on matters covering technical, cost, and schedule performance within the portfolio.
