We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Aerial Lineman to join our telecommunications construction team. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of overhead telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience working at heights, operating bucket trucks, and safely performing aerial line work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead telecommunications lines and related equipment.

+ Set utility poles and place anchors for aerial telecommunications systems.

+ Climb poles and work from bucket trucks to access aerial facilities.

+ Install and secure cables, hardware, strand, and other aerial components.

+ Read and interpret construction prints, utility maps, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

+ Test equipment and verify proper system operation.
