To assist in the leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for the Rail London design team.

Role:

Has full responsibility for planning, mobilising, organising, delivering and reporting on all engineering aspects of our projects.

Requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of railway engineering.

Plans and develops engineering solutions in response to a wide range of technical problems.

Works under minimal supervision and is proactive.

Manages group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit.

Involvement in tendering for new work and providing technical leadership to our bidding process, and engaging with business development initiatives.

Manages multi-disciplinary design coordination including but not limited to Signalling, AC/ DC Electrification, Track, Telecoms, Civils, Stations, Depots including M&E.
