What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Perform legal and debtor due diligence on NPL and distressed debt portfolios.
• Review legal documentation related to debtors, collateral, guarantees, insolvency, foreclosure, litigation, and restructuring processes.
• Support underwriting and valuation processes through legal , recovery, and cash flow analysis.
• Identify legal risks , procedural issues, and recovery opportunities within portfolios.
• Analyze KPIs, recovery assumptions, and expected cash flows to support investment decisions.
