The Advisory Quality Senior Associate supports delivery teams in strengthening project quality, governance, and risk management practices across Advisory engagements. This role ensures adherence to established quality frameworks (including CMMI V2 Level 5 and ISO standards), promotes proactive risk management, and drives consistent implementation of quality controls and review mechanisms. The position partners closely with delivery teams to enable execution excellence and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of quality governance across Advisory projects

• Ensure adherence to CMMI V2 Level 5, ISO, and other applicable quality frameworks

• Conduct quality reviews, process assessments, and compliance checks

• Monitor project metrics and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on delivery risks
