Job Summary - Advisor, SLT



This critical and complex role will partner with and participate proactively in developing and executing long-range strategies and comprehensive operational plans to support Corewell Health's senior leadership team. Under minimal supervision, is responsible for the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of complex programs and/or projects. Acts as a change agent to create and drive a positive change process.Proactively supports the executive workload by managing and working collaboratively with team members throughout the department, across the organization and externally to furnish the executive with needed information, analysis and materials to ensure they are able to make the most efficient use of their time and achieve sharp gains in culture, productivity, effectiveness, and impact.Additionally, is accountable for the development and leadership of the administrative partners supporting department leaders.
