Diagnose issues, challenges, and needs to determine target outcomes
Develop and help implement objectives, solutions, and action plans
Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations, and write reports
Carry out projects and initiatives related to the line of work
Advise and assist practitioners and the organization's units regarding the line of work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience (other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered)
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or the work tools, or because the position involves interactions with English‑speaking partners, members, and/or clients
