As an **Advisor III, Refining Capital and Budget** in our Refining organization, you will play a key role in shaping the long‑range capital plan and annual budget that guide our refining portfolio. You will partner with leaders across the business to turn complex data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support capital investment decisions and long‑term strategy. This role offers broad exposure to senior decision‑makers, cross‑functional partners, and the full value chain of our refining business.
