As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leadership to drive business decisions related to personnel and organizational effectiveness. You will provide strategic and tactical HR support to Epsilon’s Client Success and Services teams, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business goals. Through active listening, coaching, and sound advice, you will foster trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to promote engagement, performance, and growth.
