Advanced/Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin)

Further to recent organisational growth, we have an exciting opportunity for independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support our Urgent Care service within the out-of-hours (OOH) period across the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin locality.

Working from our Telford Headquarters and/or from one of our Primary Care Centres, as an Independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinician you will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and timely care to those accessing our Integrated Urgent Care Service, providing a variety of shift opportunities to include:

• Face-to-face shifts based at one of our Primary Care Centres across the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin locality.
• Mobile shifts undertaking home visits to patients who are unable to travel to a primary care centre, supported with a fully equipped medical car.
