We're looking for an Advanced Teaching Assistant to support student achievement across all learning platforms, delivering targeted interventions and learning activities to individuals and small groups, both physically and online. The role involves monitoring progress, implementing statutory development plans, and supporting diverse student needs, including SEND, EAL, and gifted/talented students.
The position is part of the Advanced Resource Provision at Outwood Academy Bydales, aimed at providing appropriate provision for students with communication and interaction as their primary need. The assistant will work with students with ASD and other special educational needs, delivering individualised learning and supporting mainstream lessons.
