We have a new vacancy for an advanced social work practitioner in our Worcester and Malvern pod.

Supporting families First is a multi-disciplinary team who work together intensively to support children in need and those experiencing challenges whereby they are at risk of coming into care.

Each pod has a wide range of different disciplines who come together to work intensively with the families with you leading the case and the CIN plan supporting families to make the changes they need to and sustaining these. Our work with families is focused and short term.

Our value is to keep families together wherever it is safe and appropriate to do so, therefore this is a dynamic and creative team and is at the heart of what social work practice is about.
