Responsibilities

The advanced practitioner has responsibility to provide supervision to 2-3 social workers(SSWs) and also hold a caseload of maximum 4 carers.

You will support supervising social workers in their day to day tasks in order to ensure excellence and work along side Registered Manager to deliver goals and high-standard level of care.
