Advanced Practice Provider - Psychiatric Services



We are looking for a full-time, Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in our inpatient Psychiatric Services Department. Advanced Practice Providers provide medical care and treatment under the supervision and support of a team of on-site board-certified psychiatrists. Services offered include psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy sessions, group therapy in a structured setting, medication therapy, family therapy, support group meetings, and relapse prevention. The position is Monday through Friday. The provider works in close collaboration with the Medical Director of Psychiatric Services, providing care to patients with major mental illness and providing psychiatric consultative services to the medical/surgical inpatients as well as the Emergency Department.
